Explicit Charge Direction Toggle: Cost vs Revenue
A charge's direction (BUY or SELL) is now always visible at entry time, via an explicit toggle instead of a hidden field. Fewer mistakes when entering charges, more confidence in your margins.
Localized Relative Timestamps
List views now show "2 hours ago", "yesterday", or "last week" instead of raw dates. Faster to scan a busy list.
Stability and Performance Improvements
Multiple under-the-hood optimizations: accent-normalized search (so "Maersk" and "Maérsk" return the same results), onboarding progress now persists when switching languages, read-replica database support for heavy workloads, plus various fixes that improve overall speed and stability.

Which countries does the customs compliance module support?
At launch, customs declaration management is available for Chile and Colombia. Sanctions screening (OFAC and other international lists) is available for all accounts regardless of country. We are rolling out additional countries progressively — if you need another, write to us at hola@nuevaflo.com.
How does the document AI feature work?
You upload a PDF (Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, packing list, or other shipping document) and NuevaFlo automatically extracts the key shipment fields: booking number, parties involved, ports, containers, and commodities.
