About NuevaFlo
NuevaFlo was born from an uncomfortable truth: Latin American SMB freight forwarders have been abandoned by the big technology platforms.
After years working in logistics operations, management, and technology leadership at companies such as ECU Worldwide, Qwyk, and Magaya, our founder began to notice the same problem repeating itself: solutions that once served small and mid-sized freight forwarders had become too expensive, too complex, and increasingly disconnected from their reality.
Large platforms shifted their focus toward enterprise contracts in Europe and North America. Investors pushed for aggressive growth. Meanwhile, Latin American SMEs were left stuck between spreadsheets and 50.000 Dollar systems that were never designed for them.
That had to change.
We exist because small and mid-sized freight forwarders deserve world-class technology they can actually use, without prohibitive costs or unnecessary complexity.
Because support should not be an unanswered ticket, but real, close guidance that understands the day-to-day reality of logistics operations.
And because digital transformation in Latin America only works when it is accessible, transparent, and built with empathy for the real challenges of our region.
To provide a SaaS platform designed to help Latin American logistics SMEs manage their operations efficiently, securely, and simply-backed by close human support and a strong local focus.
The principles that guide every decision we make and every interaction with our customers.
He has built his professional career across Europe, the United States, and Latin America, and today lives and works in Colombia. That experience has allowed him to understand first-hand both global logistics and the everyday reality of SMEs in the region.
Before founding NuevaFlo, he worked as an operator at ECU Worldwide, led management teams, founded Qwyk-a digital freight portal later acquired by Magaya-and went on to lead technology strategy as CTO of Magaya.
