Data Processing Addendum

This DPA forms part of the Terms of Service between the Customer (“Controller”) and Msharp S.A.S. (“Processor”).

  1. Scope

NuevaFlo processes personal data solely to provide the Service.

  1. Instructions

The Processor processes data only on documented instructions from the Controller, as configured through the platform.

  1. Confidentiality

All personnel with access to data are subject to confidentiality obligations.

  1. Security Measures

Processor implements reasonable safeguards including:

  • Authentication controls
  • Encrypted communications
  • Access logging
  • Least privilege access
  1. Subprocessors

We may use subprocessors such as infrastructure and communication providers. We remain responsible for their compliance.

Processor will assist Controller in responding to user data requests when technically feasible.

  1. Data Breach

In case of a confirmed breach affecting personal data, Processor will notify Controller without undue delay.

  1. Deletion or Return

Upon termination, data will be deleted according to retention procedures unless legally required otherwise.
