Sign in to NuevaFlo with your Google or Microsoft account in one click. If your email is already registered, your account links automatically. Manage your linked social accounts from the Security section in your profile.

Containers & Equipment Tracking
Track containers for each shipment directly in NuevaFlo. Add container number, seal number, and equipment type from the shipment detail view. Edit or remove records inline without reloading the page.
This is particularly useful for ocean shipments where container-level tracking is essential for customs coordination, warehouse planning, and delivery scheduling.
Export Shipments to CSV
Export your shipment list to CSV in one click. Filter your shipments by status, date, or customer and download the results directly from the list view. Perfect for reports, reconciliation, or sharing data with your team.
Advanced Analytics Dashboards
NuevaFlo now includes advanced analytics dashboards embedded directly in the platform. Visualize KPIs for your shipments, revenue, and operations without leaving NuevaFlo. Dashboards are interactive, filtered to your account, with more views coming soon.
Shipment Parties
You can now link companies to each shipment with defined logistics roles such as shipper, consignee, notify party, origin agent, and more. Assign involved parties directly from the shipment detail view. This structure is the foundation for upcoming features like sanctions screening and customs declarations.
Kanban Board & Status Groups
View your shipments on a Kanban board organized by status groups. Each status now belongs to a group that defines its column on the board. Drag shipments between columns to update their status. Optional canonical phases enable future automations like tracking portal progress bars and cross-tenant analytics.
Auth Pages Redesign
The login, signup, and password recovery pages have been completely redesigned. Cleaner, faster, and consistent with the NuevaFlo visual identity. The access experience now feels like part of the platform from the very first moment.
Minor Improvements and Fixes
March also included several minor improvements and bug fixes under the hood to improve overall platform stability and performance. We are constantly iterating based on feedback from agencies using NuevaFlo every day.
